- This warranty is limited to the supplied product only. It covers manufacturing defects and failures due to faulty components or workmanship under normal operating conditions.
- Exclusions
- The warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to improper installation, misuse, negligence, or accidents.
- Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or tampering.
- Environmental factors such as water damage, fire, lightning, or excessive voltage.
- Normal wear and tear or consumable components.
- The warranty does not cover:
- Warranty Duration
- The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Claim Process
- To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must:
- Provide proof of purchase (invoice/bill).
- Describe the issue in detail and, if applicable, provide images or videos.
- Ship the product to our service center (shipping costs may apply).

- No claims or damages shall arise directly or indirectly for non-performance or underperformance of one or more specified features.
- The company’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product, at its discretion.
