Warranty Terms

1. Coverage
   1. This warranty is limited to the supplied product only. It covers manufacturing defects and failures due to faulty components or workmanship under normal operating conditions.
2. Exclusions
   1. The warranty does not cover:
      1. Damage due to improper installation, misuse, negligence, or accidents.
      1. Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or tampering.
      1. Environmental factors such as water damage, fire, lightning, or excessive voltage.
      1. Normal wear and tear or consumable components.
3. Warranty Duration
   1. The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
4. Claim Process
   1. To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must:
      1. Provide proof of purchase (invoice/bill).
      1. Describe the issue in detail and, if applicable, provide images or videos.
      1. Ship the product to our service center (shipping costs may apply).
5. Limitations of Liability
   1. No claims or damages shall arise directly or indirectly for non-performance or underperformance of one or more specified features.
   1. The company’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product, at its discretion.
6. Resolution Time
   1. Warranty claims will be processed within 10-15 business days after receiving the product.
